A Right to prosper clearly describes the Pearl Business support program which is aligned with Pearl's core vision of poverty eradication. The Business Support Program provides free start-up capital to committed and active members, especially those from the Self-Help Group and Skilling programs. This program is designed to empower Pearl beneficiaries to start, grow and sustain income generating ventures.

Interconnection: This program receives beneficiaries from the Self-Help Group Program (which provides the funding pool) and the Holiday Skilling Program (which prepares participants with necessary skills). Together, these programs create a complete pathway from savings to skills to business ownership.
